Should be nicer

As they were going at Tom's appartement to work on a report, Stuart saw a strange glance exchange between his friend and her very old bottom neighbour. When they arrived at Tom's, he asked him immediately :
"Hey, what just happened between this granny and you ? She clearly looked at you with a creepy envy and... you just winked at her !
- Stuart, when you know that this "granny" changed into a young bombshell each time it's Youth Day, trust me, you are VERY kind with her
- Really ?! You want to bang her ?!"
Tom smiled. In fact, the last Youth Day, Genevieve waited him on the stairs and he couldn't refuse her invitation.
"So, how was it ? asked Stuart.
- You have a girl sexy, in heat as she didn't slept with someone for years and with so much experience. How do you think it was ?"
Then, Stuart asked himself it he shouldn't be nicer with the old widow living in front of his parent's house.
